A 17-year-old boy who had possible mental health symptoms has been found “safe and healthy” after being reported missing in the Sherrelwood neighborhood of Adams County, sheriff’s department officials said Monday morning.

The boy had been reported missing on Feb. 28 when he was seen around noon in the 8000 block of Quivas Way in Adams County, according to an Adams County Sheriff’s Office posting in February on X..

On Monday, a sheriff’s office update said the boy ” has been located safe and healthy and has been returned to his family.”
