One person is dead and multiple have been hospitalized after a Saturday afternoon crash in Westminster.

The Westminster Police Department first posted about the crash, which happened at the intersection of West 76th Avenue & Sheridan Boulevard, at 4:38 p.m. Saturday.

Traffic reopened in both directions at 5:52 p.m., the department said in an update.

Information including the number of people injured in the crash, the vehicles involved and the cause of the crash was not available.
