Westbound Interstate 70 has reopened after closing near Loveland Pass because of a vehicle fire, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
The interstate closed between exit 216, for U.S. 6; Loveland Pass, and exit 203, Colorado 9; East Frisco/Silverthorne, from mile point 215 to mile point 205, because of a vehicle fire at mile point 206 at 9:20 a.m., according to a CDOT X post. The interstate reopened around 10 a.m., according to CDOT.
