A 17-year-old male and a 12-year-old female were in the truck who both were reported missing from Colorado. The driver was allegedly in violation of a protective order concerning one of the passengers and he was taken into custody.
The driver, who was not named, is being investigated for kidnapping, violation of a protection order, theft of $5,000, possession of drug paraphernalia and an open alcohol container, and obstructing a peace officer, among other possible charges, the release said.
