Mundt said that specializing with one vendor allows the company to attract and maintain a deep bench of knowledge and experience with UKG HR, payroll and workforce management.
“We don’t do cookie-cutter, limited formulaic implementations; our focus is on quality and thoroughness to the unique needs of each client,” she said.
Looking forward, HRMS plans to continue increasing headcount, revenue and profit. The company will continually analyze its processes and systems to improve how it does business while maintaining the company culture that attracts and retains HRMS employees.

After forming in 2003 and operating for 12 years in Washington, D.C., the company relocated its headquarters to Boulder.
