Part of the Regional Transportation District’s A Line light rail train will be replaced by shuttle buses on Tuesday for maintenance, according to a Monday RTD news release.
Shuttle buses will run between Union and Central Park stations from 2:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday while RTD repairs a signal issue near the 38th/Blake Station.
Travelers can board a shuttle bus at Central Park gate B3, 40th/Colorado gate B and 38th/Blake in front of the station. Those boarding a bus at Union Station should check the signs in the downstairs bus concourse, RTD states.
A Line trains will operate as scheduled between Central Park and Denver Airport stations and direct rail service to the airport will resume Tuesday afternoon. The first train with uninterrupted service to Denver Airport station will depart Union Station at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday. The first train with uninterrupted service to Union Station departs Denver Airport station at 2:27 p.m., according to RTD.
RTD encourages customers to plan ahead using theNext Rideapp and to allow extra time for bus shuttle transfers to and from the airport.
