A small propellor plane carrying two passengers made an emergency landing Saturday morning at Centennial Airport that sent one person to the hospital.
“The aircraft had just departed Centennial Airport, reported an engine failure and returned for an emergency landing,” South Metro Fire Rescue said in a statement on social media.
Fire crews responded to the plane crash around 10:48 a.m. Saturday, according to PulsePoint records.
The Twin Commander propellor plane was carrying two adults — a pilot and one passenger — fire officials said. One person was sent to the hospital with minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
