Jefferson County Sheriff‘s officials announced a 19-year-old woman who was considered missing and endangered has been found safe.
The woman, “considered endangered for developmental reasons,” went missing between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tuesday from the 25900 block of Genesee Trail Road, sheriff officials said in a 9:25 p.m. posting on X, the social media site formerly called Twitter.
The sheriff’s office posted on X at 9:44 p.m. Wednesday that the woman was found in Arizona and is safe.
