Denver’s Meow Wolf, the psychedelic art attraction that pioneered the “immersive” movement, is an appropriate outing for locals of many ages. But once a month this year, the venue will restrict entry to those 21 years old and up, offering grownups the opportunity to play without the kids.
Last year, Meow Wolf piloted a few “adults only” nights — deemed the Adulti-Verse parties — that proved so popular, they’re back as a recurring series in 2023.
On the first Wednesday of the month (except July and August) from 5 to 10 p.m., Convergence Station, as the Denver installation is known, will open additional bars throughout the venue so that everyone who meets the age requirement can explore its installations with a beverage in hand. Each night has a theme, too, so you can come dressed for the occasion.
The next Adulti-Verse, scheduled for Feb. 1, is called “A Love Story” and attendees are encouraged to take date night to another world; nay — another cosmic universe!
Tickets for adults-only nights cost $49 at tickets.meowwolf.com/denver. See the full schedule and associated themes below.
