Possible kidnapping reported Thursday in Aurora

Aurora police are investigating a possible kidnapping after a woman was pulled from an SUV, thrown to the ground and then forced back into the SUV in a parking lot near Tower Road and East 28th Avenue on Thursday night.

A witness called 911 at 6:15 p.m. after seeing the woman pulled from the black Volkswagen Tiguan, thrown to the ground and then forced back inside, according to the Aurora Police Department.

The woman was described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall; 150 pounds; Black; and wearing a white t-shirt and glasses.

The driver of the Volkswagen who pulled the woman from the SUV was described as 6 feet tall with a slim build and Black. The driver of a white Ford SUV who helped pull the woman out of the Volkswagen was described as a heavy-set Black woman.
