Update 10 a.m. Sept. 14: The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said the 12-year-old has returned home safely.
Jefferson County law enforcement is seeking information about a 12-year-old boy who has been missing since Monday.
The young boy is considered an endangered runaway, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a black shirt and a dark red backpack and may be in the Greeley area. Anyone with information about his location should contact law enforcement, according to the sheriff’s office.
