Phone lines at Jefferson County’s emergency dispatch center are back online after a more than three-hour outage Friday night.
The communication center’s 911 lines went down around 4 p.m., officials said in a post on X. Emergency calls were routed through Denver dispatch for more than three hours before service was restored at 7:30 p.m.
Jeffco officials could not be reached for comment Friday night about what caused the outage.
