Interstate 70 reopened in both directions Monday morning after a brief closure at the Eisenhower-Johnson Memorial Tunnel because of a stalled vehicle inside the tunnel, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
I-70 closed at 9:26 a.m. between exit 216, U.S. 6 and Loveland Pass and exit 205, U.S. 6 and CO 9 at Silverthorne because of a stalled commercial vehicle in the tunnel, according to Colorado Department of Transportation post on X.
The interstate reopened at 9:55 a.m.
