About:Summer in the Hamptons doesn’t have to require a plane ticket. Chicago-based Parker Hospitality made its Colorado debut with the opening of The Hampton Social in the former Ale House space this week. Ale House, owned by Breckenridge-Wynkoop, closed two years ago after sales struggled to rebound post-pandemic.
Guests are greeted by an Instagram-friendly, neon pink “Rosé All Day” sign at the new coastal-inspired restaurant and bar. The two-story, 7,800-square-foot space features expansive indoor and outdoor dining areas, including a 360-degree bar, a private lounge for events and a 1,600-square-foot, enclosed rooftop terrace with sweeping views toward the city and the mountains.
This is The Hampton Social’s 12th location with multiple others in Florida, Illinois and Tennessee.
What’s on the menu:For lunch, guests can indulge in favorites like the Bang Bang Chicken, hand-breaded with seafood salad, slaw, house BBQ and bang bang chili sauce; the ahi tuna bowl with quinoa, sweet potato, edamame, avocado, kale and cilantro cream; or a lobster roll made warm and buttery for Manhattan style or chilled and creamy for Maine style.
The dinner menu boasts signature dishes, like a smashburger, pesto radiatori and honey-glazed salmon. Happy hour, offered weekdays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., includes $12 specialty cocktails, $9 select house wines, $6 draft beers and discounted food specials.
The corner restaurant also serves brunch, with bites like crabcake benedicts, quinoa bowls and fried chicken with French toast (Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
On the drink menu, you’ll find more than 15 different brands of rosé, as well as handcrafted rosé cocktails like the signature Hampton Frosé, The Honey Cove made with tea-infused bourbon and the I Glitterally Can’t with strawberry gin, sparkling rosé, passionfruit, lemon and glitter balls.
Opening: Thursday, July 31. Openfor lunch and dinner daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. from Monday to Wednesday; 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Thursday and Friday; 10 to 12 a.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
