Police are investigating an early morning hit-and-run that seriously injured a pedestrian in Denver Sunday.
The crash happened around 3 a.m. Sunday near Cherry Creek’s Bowlero at 6767 Leetsdale Drive, according to a medina alert from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
Paramedics transported one pedestrian to the hospital with serious injuries, Denver police said in a statement on X, the social media platform previously known as Twitter.
The suspected vehicle involved is a white, 2005 Ford Explorer with Colorado license plate CJKK91, police said.
Officials found the vehicle around 3:30 p.m. Sunday, and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation deactivated the Medina Alert.
