The death of a man found dead in Denver early Thursday morning is being investigated as a homicide, police announced Friday.
Officers responded to reports of a body and were on the scene of a death investigation in the area of West Byron Place and North Yates Street just after 1 a.m. Thursday, the Denver Police Department said in a statement on social media.
Police announced the unidentified man’s death was upgraded to homicide investigation around 10:45 a.m. Friday.
Information about the circumstances of the victim’s death or any potential suspects was not available Friday afternoon.
