Commerce City police officers have arrested a man in the death of a man whose body was found by officers responding last week to a shots fired call.
At 5:56 a.m. July 14 police were called to the 11500 block of East 118th Avenue on the shooting, according to a Commerce City Police Department news release.
On Thursday, police arrested Omar Nieves, 28, as a suspect in the homicide. Nieves is being held at the Adams County Jail. An investigation is ongoing.
