A 17-year-old girl with a developmental disability who was reported missing Oct. 4 has been found safe, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department.

The girl was reported missing after she was last seen near the da Vinci Academy at Middlecreek Parkway and Voyager Parkway at about 5 a.m. on Oct. 4.

The department announced she was found safe on Monday afternoon in a post on X.
