Nuggets and Avalanche fans will soon have a new option to access games for the upcoming 2022-23 seasons.
Altitude Sports and FuboTV announced Thursday a new, multi-year carriage agreement that will allow Nuggets and Avalanche fans to stream games beginning this season. The base package will cost $69.99 per month.
Altitude will be available to fuboTV subscribers across 10 states. The sports-first live
TV streaming platform, which also carries local network TV affiliates in the Denver metro, offers more than 50,000 live sporting events annually, with more than a dozen regional sports networks included among its offerings.
“We couldn’t be more excited that Altitude Sports will be added to FuboTV’s Pro Package,” Matt Hutchings, president & CEO of KSE Media Ventures, said in a news release. “FuboTV becomes the newest streaming option for our fans as we continue to expand Altitude’s distribution throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.”
The prolonged dispute between Altitude TV and Comcast, which has left the majority of local cable subscribers unable to watch Nuggets and Avs games, began in September 2019 and has now spanned more than three seasons. The regional sports network is also unavailable for Dish Network subscribers.
In addition to FuboTV, Altitude also has carriage deals with DirecTV and EvocaTV.
