Denver police arrested a suspect in a hit-and-run that left a motorcyclist seriously injured, according to the Denver Police Department.
The crash occurred at 10:22 p.m. Tuesday when the driver of a 2008 red Dodge Ram pick up truck hit a motorcycle near the intersection of West Yale Avenue and South Wadsworth Boulevard.
The driver then left the scene of the accident, and Denver police issued a Medina alert early Wednesday morning.
The Dodge Ram was located near Dartmouth Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard on Wednesday afternoon, according to Denver police.
The driver was also arrested Wednesday on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident involving serious bodily injuries.
