Denver police are investigating a shooting that killed one teenager Thursday afternoon in the area of East Fifth Avenue and Dallas Street in the Lowry Park neighborhood.
Officers responded to reports of a shooting at around 4:07 p.m., according to the Denver Police Department. One teenage male victim was killed in the shooting.
No arrests had been made as of Thursday night, though officers are working to develop suspect information, according to a post from the police department on the social media site X.
The shooting is believed to be an isolated incident and there is no danger to the public, according to police.
