At least one person is dead Wednesday morning after a fatal motorcycle accident in Northglenn, police said.
The crash killed at least one person and shut down eastbound 120th Avenue at Interstate 25, according to a statement from the Northglenn Police Department.
Around 2:45 a.m., police said the closure was expected to last through the morning commute, but no update on road conditions was available as of 6:15 a.m.
Police said drivers should expect delays in the area and take alternate routes where possible.
According to the Colorado Department of Transportation, no section of I-25 or its onramps was closed in Northglenn on Wednesday morning.
