Two brothers reported missing from Security-Widefield, nine miles south of Colorado Springs, returned home Tuesday, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff’s deputies had believed the brothers might have been in Pueblo, according to a news release from the department. One of them may have been armed and dangerous, the sheriff’s office said, and warned people not to approach him.
Both boys were reported missing from their home in Security-Widefield on May 7, deputies said.
The boys returned home safely on Tuesday, according to officials.
